Dear Comptroller Strayhorn:

I thank you for your Fiscal Notes of May 2005. It addresses several issues of much import: dyslexia, utilization of wind energy, recovering oil reserves previously abandoned and online unemployment.

Although I am a health care worker with experience in various disorders, including mental difficulties, etc., I was much surprised by your article on dyslexia. Heretofore, I have understood that a dyslexic person would read "I love you" as "uoy evol I." Your article "Slydexia Pidememic" clearly shows my misconception.

Thank you for helping me to correct my misunderstanding of this disorder.

Sincerely,

Elmer J. Cool
