The Comptroller's office is pleased to launch a new version of WebFile for 911 Equalization Surcharge Fee payers. This fast, easy and secure Web-based system allows you to electronically file your 911 Equalization Surcharge report and submit payment (by credit card, electronic check or via TEXNET).

Rates
Six cents (0.06) for each local exchange access line, equivalent local exchange access line or wireless telecommunications connection.
Due Date
Monthly - 30th day following the end of the month in which the fee or surcharge was collected.
